Some Of Our Larger Projects Can Take Years To Develop. During The Development Stage We Provide Preliminary Concepts And Pricing To Assist The Client In Selecting A Final Design. On This Project We Supported The Owner’s Architect, Engineering Firm And Contractor In Developing And Completing This Project. The Scope Included The Design, Supply, Transportation, And Installation Of A Multi-Flue Stack Containing 9 Exhaust Flues With Provision For 2 Additional Flues In The Future.

The Base Diameter Was Too Large To Ship To The Site With The Bottom Portion Of The Stack. Here, The Crew Has Placed The Base On Its Side In Order To Install The Numerous Flues To Join The Exhaust Paths From Inside The Building.

The Inner Flues Were Shipped Separate From The Outer Shell To Allow Access During Assembly. Conestoga Flatbeds Were Used To Protect The Insulation During Transportation. The Flues Were Installed After The Outer Shell Was Set Into Position.

The Next Section Of Stack Arrives, Is Up-Righted And Then Swung Into Position.

The Final Stack Section Is Placed Into Position.
