We Have Worked With Our Fabrication Facilities For Decades To Develop Methods And Practices That Insure A Seamless Installation. This Includes The Fabrication Of Stack Auxiliary Components Such As Platforms And Ladders. All Fabrication Is Performed By Welders Qualified By The American Welding Society (AWS) And Is Supervised By A Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI). Our Process Includes Welding Procedures Qualified For A Variety Of Steel Materials Including Carbon Steel, Austenitic & Duplex Stainless Steel. In Addition To AWS, We Can Provide Fabrication In Conformance With ASME And CWB Requirements. Visual Inspection Is Typically Supported With NDE Methods Such As Radiograph Examination, Dye-Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, And Ultrasonic Examinations. Customers Are Welcome To Visit Our Fabrication Facilities During The Fabrication Process.
